The equipment sold by GreenXpower is designed by the manufacturer to be installed exclusively by licensed, trained, and insured solar electrical installation professionals. We strongly recommend that customers seek the assistance of such professionals to carry out the installation of any of these products. GreenXpower makes no warranty regarding the purchaser’s safety, the successful implementation of the equipment, or compliance with local codes and regulations.

GreenXpower disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty concerning the accuracy or completeness of the information provided and/or the suitability of the materials sold for any particular purpose. Some of the USED or grade B equipment sold may not come with a manufacturer’s warranty. No warranty is created or extended through sales or promotional materials for these items. Each party hereby irrevocably waives its right to a trial by jury in any legal action or proceeding arising from this agreement or related transactions. Any installation advice provided by GreenXpower before, during, or after the purchase of solar equipment is intended solely for general educational purposes and should not replace the expertise of a licensed and trained solar specialist. The customer agrees to fully indemnify GreenXpower from any legal claims related to the installation of products purchased.
