Microinverter

Small inverters mounted behind the panels, each converting one to four modules to AC.

Rating
Per 1–4 modules
Versions
Single- or multi-module input

Best for: Homes with partial shading or roof faces in several directions.

  • Each module works independently
  • No high-voltage DC on the roof
  • Easy to expand module by module
  • Per-module monitoring

A microinverter sits behind the module and converts its output to AC right there. Because every module works on its own, one shaded panel does not pull down the rest of the string.

Where microinverters make sense

  • Roofs with chimneys, trees or dormers that shade part of the array.
  • Small arrays split over several roof faces.
  • Installers who prefer to avoid high-voltage DC cabling on the roof.

For larger, unshaded roofs, string or hybrid inverters are usually more economical. If backup power is needed, the microinverter system is paired with an AC-coupled battery.

Common configurations

  • Single-module input
  • Multi-module input

What we confirm before quoting

Our engineers check these points with you, so the quotation fits your site rather than a catalogue default.

  1. 1Module power and voltage compatibility
  2. 2Grid connection requirements
  3. 3Number of modules per unit
  4. 4Roof temperature and ventilation
  5. 5Monitoring gateway

Frequently asked questions

Do microinverters work with batteries?

Yes, through an AC-coupled battery system with its own inverter. We match the two so the battery can charge from the solar array.

How many modules can one microinverter take?

Depending on the model, one to four modules. Module power and voltage must fall within the microinverter input range.

What if one microinverter fails?

Only the modules on that unit stop producing; the rest of the array keeps working. The failed unit is replaced from the roof.

What documents come with a solar equipment order?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, the datasheet of each item and the certificates you asked for at quotation stage. Certificates of origin or inspection reports can be added when your importer needs them.

How is warranty handled for buyers outside China?

Warranty terms are written into the quotation for each product. Claims start with photos, serial numbers and monitoring data; replacement parts are shipped from China, so we recommend keeping a small spares stock on larger projects.
