Clamps, rails and frames that fix PV modules to factory, commercial and residential roofs.
Best for: Factory and warehouse roofs, commercial buildings and homes.
Most commercial solar-plus-storage projects start on a roof. The mounting system must hold the modules without overloading the structure or causing leaks.
We ask for the roof drawings or photos of the sheet profile first. Metal roofs take clamps that grip the seam or trapezoid ribs without drilling through the sheet where possible; flat concrete roofs take tilt frames, either anchored or ballasted with concrete blocks when penetrations are not allowed.
Edge and corner zones see the highest wind uplift, so fixings are denser there. Many fire codes require clear aisles across large roofs; we draw them into the layout from the start so the array is not cut back during approval.
Our engineers check these points with you, so the quotation fits your site rather than a catalogue default.
That must be confirmed by a local structural engineer. We provide the distributed and point loads of the proposed system so the check can be done quickly.
On metal roofs we prefer clamps that grip the seam or rib without piercing the sheet. Where fixings must pass through, they use sealed washers and are placed on the crests, not in the water channels.
They can, but a small tilt helps rain wash off dust. Ballasted tilt frames are common where the roof cannot be drilled.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, the datasheet of each item and the certificates you asked for at quotation stage. Certificates of origin or inspection reports can be added when your importer needs them.
Warranty terms are written into the quotation for each product. Claims start with photos, serial numbers and monitoring data; replacement parts are shipped from China, so we recommend keeping a small spares stock on larger projects.

Tell us the application, location and target power or energy. Our engineers reply with a matched configuration and quotation.
